Each harvest begins with a journey into the lush hills of the Kona district, where heirloom coffee trees grow over looking the Pacific. Using long-handled hooks, harvesters gently draw the coffee cherries closer to hand-pick each one with care.

After harvest, the cherries are laid out to dry on raised tables before being pulped to remove the fruit and reveal the prized beans within.
